Our Service Guarantee
 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Phat Hair and Makeup. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

We are a Full Service Salon.

Deposit Fee

​

As of 2019 we will require Deposits for all non Vip Member Bookings 

​

$50 for ALL Services

​

This will be deducted from your service total on the day of your booking, all deposits are Non Refundable.

Weddings

Deposit

By now you should have received your Wedding Policy

$100 Deposit is required to secure your Wedding date that you wish to book.

50% Deposit is required within 8 weeks from the date your booking was made.

 

This is non-refundable if wedding is cancelled

 

Full payment

Full payment for your wedding must be paid into our Bank Account 2 Weeks before, if payment is not made by the required date, Phat Hair and Makeup have the right to withdraw your booking and open up that date for other potential clients.

 

Cancellation

If you cancel your wedding within 8 weeks from making your booking, you lose your $100.00 deposit.

If you cancel your wedding after your 8 week cooling off period, you lose 50% off your booking.

If you cancel your wedding 2 weeks before your wedding day (after full payment is made) you lose 100% off your booking.

Refunds

 

All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

 

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.

 

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

 

Please keep in mind, using box colour or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to refuse service

Phat Hair and Makeup reserves the right to refuse a service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.

 Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

​

If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 48 hour window you will be placed on a walk-in basis only.

This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in loss of Deposit.

VIP members who fail to reschedule or call and notify the Salon at least 24 hours before their service will also be charged the following cancellation fee:

In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to the loss of Deposit paid to secure your booking, You also will be serviced on a walk-in only basis.
 

Late

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment in respect of our clients and staff.

Methods of payment

Phat Hair and Makeup accepts Ezypay, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Cash.

Head Lice

 

It is against Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

 

Gift Certificate Policy

​

• Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

• Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.

• All gift certificates are non-refundable.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

• Gift certificates are redeemable at Phat Hair and Makeup only for Hair and Makeup services.
